When I was a lot younger, my friends used to call me an 'Active Volcano'. I was emotional and reckless, but I was happy most of the time because I was able to release my anger and frustrations verbally and freely.

Unfortunately, as an adult with a job, a larger network of friends and acquaintances and more people in my 'to-impress' list, I sometimes have to suppress my feelings. I am usually able to handle pressure from others, but I tend to keep such pressures inside my 'bottle' instead of letting them go. I imagine these pressures to resemble like gas particles, flying about freely inside their container.

When I feel as though I cannot contain these pressures in my 'bottle' any longer, the cork explodes and they shoot out of the bottles like bullets heading in various directions.

Yes, I have anger management issues; but fortunately, this does not happen often. I am a very positive person and I like to keep myself active to relieve stress. I believe this illustration is an effective, yet comical, way of making people understand who I am.
